Ajmal Foundation, in collaboration with Markazul Ma’arif (NGO), Hojai, organised a two-day Faculty Development Program on 7 July 2026 at the Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education Hall, Hojai.
The programme focused on equipping teachers with innovative techniques to make classroom teaching more interesting, engaging, and interactive. The training emphasised the importance of helping students understand concepts rather than merely memorising lessons by heart.
Through various activities and interactive sessions, the teachers were encouraged to adopt student-centred teaching methods that promote better understanding, active participation, and meaningful learning. The programme also served as a source of motivation and inspiration for the teachers, encouraging them to continuously improve their teaching practices and contribute towards the holistic development of their students
