It is with immense pride and happiness that Markaz Academy English Higher Secondary School announces that, on the occasion of International Yoga Day 2026, a District-Level Yoga Competition was organized under the aegis of the Hojai District Administration. Markaz Academy secured the 2nd Prize in the competition.
The award was presented by the Hon’ble District Commissioner, Shri Deba Prasad Misra, to our Yoga Instructor and Assistant Teacher, Mr. Ali Hussain.
The entire fraternity of Markaz Academy is proud of the remarkable achievement of our students and extends heartfelt congratulations to Mr. Ali Hussain for his dedication and guidance. We wish them continued success and many more laurels in the future.
After receiving the award from the Hon’ble District Commissioner, Hojai, the students were delighted to present their achievement to our Patron, Maulana Badruddin Ajmal Sb. The students once again showcased their Yoga performance before him. Appreciating their dedication and rejoicing in their success, Patron Sir graciously awarded ₹2,000 each to the 10 participants and ₹4,000 to their mentor as a token of encouragement and appreciation.
