Markaz Academy English Higher Secondary School, Hojai and Markaz Model Girls Senior Secondary School, Hojai proudly observed World Environment Day 2026 with great enthusiasm and commitment towards a greener future. Students brought their own saplings and actively participated in a tree plantation drive on the school campus. They planted the saplings with joy and a sense of responsibility, contributing to the protection of our environment.
On this occasion, the students also took a pledge to plant more trees and saplings from time to time and to encourage others to do the same. The programme aimed to create awareness about environmental conservation and the importance of increasing green cover for a healthier planet.
